"We, the people of Colorado, with profound reverence for the Supreme Ruler of the Universe, in order to form a more independent and perfect government, establish justice; insure tranquility; provide for common defense; promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do establish this Constitution for the "State of Colorado"
What Martin will do

I am dedicated to passing regulations which will keep the Colorado State Government within its boundaries; in legislation protecting Colorado citizens from over taxation and in laws creating an even more business friendly state.

I am a Colorado native. I grew up in Longmont, Colorado with my parents and four sisters. I am married now. My wife Ginger and I have three children - Raul, Amber and Faith. We have two rescue dogs, Skipper -a poodle mix - and IceMan - a chihuahua mix.
—Volunteer Political Experience
I enjoyed my partnership with the Colorado Hispanic Republicans as a member of the Board of Governors for the last two years. I am currently a Precinct Committee Person with the Adams County Republican Party. I have an array of volunteerism with both Democrats and Republicans from 1985 to the present.
